		<description>Tomukon Noodle Bar in Ann Arbor makes these too, except the pork belly tastes like pork adobo (Filipino style). In China, the pork belly tastes like adobo too, not Hoisin. It complements the pickled veggies well. THANKS for posting this!</description>
