I must admit I have a weakness for good pastrami as well. It’s usually the first thing I’ll try at any sandwich shop. I figure if they make a good pastrami sandwich then the other sandwiches will probably be pretty good. Although I’ve had better pastrami sandwiches, Togos usually does the job when I need a good pastrami sandwich fix. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

oooh!! PRETTY!!! Your second attempt is picture perfect. . was it as tasty as you wanted it to be with the recipe adjustment?

That sandwich looks crazy good! Have you ever made your own sauerkraut? The process is kind of crazy and quite frankly, stinky but the end result is amazing.
