The best part is that Mario, himself, is the head chef, so you will not be disappointed. Additionally, the restaurant is spacious, so there's no long lines as there are in the Hollywood location. My personal favorite is the Mar y Tierra/Surf & Turf (Lomo y Camarrones Saltados/Steak and Shrimp)...don't look for it on the menu, because it's not in there. Ah just thinking of Mario's is making my mouth water!!! Mario’s also opened a new location in La Mirada
