Arnold, just found your site. I am currently embued with Ad Hoc at Home and that is how I found your site – Googling for palladin toast. Love your site and wish I were close enough to go to Ad Hoc but central Florida is a long way from Napa.
If you are looking for new ways with spam, go to http://www.bbq-brethern.com and register. Then go to the bottom of a q-talk thread and use the Google search for spam – should find several ideas. I think we may have some other things in common – send me an email addy.

Interesting recipe. We do film production catering in Hawaii, the crew loves Chilaquiles for breakfast and of course being in Hawaii spam would be very popular.

It wasn’t inventive…it was desperate. And the SPAM went really well with the red salsa. I don’t think it would have worked with salsa verde.

Chilaquiles with Spam? Sounds inventive but I think I’ll pass on this one. Just being honest.
