My parents live in Valencia too. I've always wondered about Maru sushi. I've heard mixed reviews about it, so I never really thought it would be worth it to go there since it is also relatively expensive.

Whenever my wife and I are in town, we go to Light n Healthy sushi on Lyons. I know it's not on the level of Maru, but for an all you can eat place, the fish there is fairly fresh.
