		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I like how you use a simple dry rub. I was always dubious of Cook’s Illustrated’s rub with ketchup and mustard mixed in.</p>
<p>As for the sauce, we did a round-up of <a href="http://www.kosherblog.net/2005/08/08/bbq_sauce_roundup/" rel="nofollow">off-the-shelf BBQ sauces</a> in August 2005 that was pretty instructive. Enjoy!</p>
